Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services provided by PrimeEdge Consulting LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

PrimeEdge Consulting LLC provides international consulting, company formation support, asset protection structuring support, virtual office services, and administrative assistance. These services are customized, digital, and often involve third-party providers, government agencies, registrars, and jurisdiction-specific procedures.

2. No Refund After Work Has Started

All payments are final once work on a service has commenced. Work may include, but is not limited to, consultation preparation, document review, compliance checks, communication with third-party providers, submission preparation, administrative processing, or any other action taken to deliver the requested service.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable: government fees, registration fees, bank fees, third-party provider costs, compliance verification costs, virtual office setup costs, administrative and processing fees, and any expenses already incurred on behalf of the client.

4. Pre-Service Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet started and a written refund request is submitted by the client. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of PrimeEdge Consulting LLC.

5. Partial Refunds

In limited cases, a partial refund may be granted if part of the work has not yet been performed. Any costs already incurred, time spent, third-party fees, administrative work, and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Client Delays or Missing Documentation

No refund will be issued if the client fails to provide required information or documentation, including KYC/AML documents, proof of identity, proof of address, or other information necessary to complete the service. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information are not the responsibility of PrimeEdge Consulting LLC.

7. Compliance Refusal or Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if compliance concerns arise, documentation is incomplete, information provided is inaccurate or misleading, or the requested service may involve unlawful activity. In such cases, any refund, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after deducting all incurred costs and work already performed.

8. Third-Party and Government Delays

Processing times may vary depending on government authorities, registrars, banks, compliance providers, and other third parties. PrimeEdge Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, government procedures, regulatory changes, or external service providers. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, clients agree to contact PrimeEdge Consulting LLC directly to seek a resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension, termination, and recovery of costs incurred.

10. Cancellation by the Client

If a client chooses to cancel a service after work has started, no refund will be issued for completed work, incurred costs, or committed third-party expenses. Any possible refund of unused portions remains at the sole discretion of PrimeEdge Consulting LLC.

By purchasing any service from PrimeEdge Consulting LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
